Wedding Ceremony services is considered one extra hour, which includes a sound system, a wireless lapel mic and music for seating and the ceremony


Wedding receptions and ceremonies are the main facet of our expertise and business.  We are comitted to providing our customers with a sense of professionalism and customer service that is both genuine and unique.  Please be sure to read DJ Matt Phipps biography to get more details about him specifically.  We offer talented music mixing and master of ceremonies ability to our clients, as well as performing at the capacity of a reception coordinator the day of your event.  While we work seemlessly with professional wedding coordinators, we are also very accustomed to coordinating and leading events throughout a wedding ceremony and reception, on our own.

When meeting with prospective clients, I am sometimes asked if there is something that I do in particular to get the crowd moving and "in" to the wedding if they are not dancing.  I reply, that usually all that is needed to get your guests interested in the dance floor and the events, is through a well-planned itinerary and mixing!  A timeline that isn't rushed, yet not dragging it's feet making your guests feel as though they are waiting for something to happen.  By having these things in place and performed well, your guests will feel entertained without the need of a DJ being overt and taking the focus off of the bride and the groom.  While some may want an overt personality, leading people through dances and making a lot of jokes over the microphone, storytellers and so on, it is our personal style to shy away from such things and to keep the focus on the bride and the groom and their guests from start to finish.

We have several different packages in order to provide options to our clients.  While our basic package is all you need to make your wedding day special, we offer many enhancements that are sure to make your wedding photos come out more elegant, and make the ambiance of your wedding day more enjoyable.  The package system makes it easy to get these enhancement while keeping the costs competitive.  Please contact us to get precise pricing and a brochure.

This is our basic pricing which includes dance floor lighting, DJ'ing and MC'ing.  All extras are paid for "a la carte" style.  We have a full list of pricing for upgrades and enhancements available upon a scheduled consultation or upon request.  Our basic pricing is simple with on flat hourly fee.

Our enhanced package is our most popular package which includes DJ'ing and MC'ing, 8 Uplights and a Gobo & Monogram (custom designed).  This is one of the best, most cost-efficient ways to enhance your wedding photos and day-of ambiance.  We feel this package has the best to offer with very competitive rates.

This package is best suited for DIY wedding venues that don't want to cut any corners.  If you want to have two setups for ceremony and reception, potential wireless setups for cocktail and difficult situations, uplighting, Gobo & Monogram and even setups for powerless venues (generator and/or battery pack w/ inverter) this is a great option.  You can get every upgrade and enhancement we have to offer for one easy price.

 


The Timeline and Itinerary

The timeline or "itinerary of events" is really where we put a lot of focus during the hiring and planning process.  While there are a lot of different opinions as to which itinerary is the best, and what benefits each way of doing things offers, we tend to lean towards "entertainment based" itineraries.  This mean, an itinerary that is putting it's focus on the entertainment level of your guests.  Many itineraries tend to exclude the guests, putting the first dance right after the introduction, and then toasts right after, dinner, followed by all of the special event dances back to back.  This makes sense for many vendors, as it gets everything done as soon as possible, but it's very negative potential side-effect is that it could lead to your guests spending too much time merely observing your wedding and events.  Our itinerary puts a focus on getting them involved early, and frequently.  If we can make sure they are always entertained and involved at every logistically-possible minute, your wedding will be a lot more fun, without a doubt.

Another common subject when speaking with prospective clients, is whether or not the person they are meeting with is the person that is going to be at their wedding.  I am bringing this up because it brings up a very important part of our service.  From the moment we send the first email, to the moment your wedding ends we offer a genuine relationship.  That means that we do NOT send anyone else out to our events.  We communicate with you in every means possible, from email, to facebook and twitter, over the phone, or in person to ensure that you always have the information you need, or our assistance in your wedding planning process.  We want to build a strong working relationship with you from beginning to end, so that your wedding not only exceeds your expectations, but our as well.  Many of our clients even keep up with us after their events, from listening to our recorded mixes, referring our services to their family and friends, or being recommendations for new clients, or even writing reviews for us on the web!

Our goal is simple:  To provide our clients with a service that exceeds their expectations, while building a working relationship that is both real and genuine.

You can secure the date with a $200.00 deposit.  The rest of the payment and payment details will be discussed in the standard business contract that we will provide after the meeting.  We do not bring contracts to the meetings, and the meeting is by no means a high-pressure sales situation.  It is simply an opportunity for us to go into detail about services and what we have to offer.  We do most of our planning through our online event planner, where you'll be able to make music requests, plan your wedding itinerary, generate a timeline for yourself and other vendors, as well as make payments to your deposit or balance and more.
